Peter is Certified Human Resource professional (CHRP) and certified Organizational Leadership Development Consultant (COLDC) with over 10-Years track record in developing and Administering Human Resource management and Organizational Development and currently working as General Manager ABS Consulting Group. Trainer in Human Resource management, Corporate Governance, ESG and sustainability, ISO Certification, leadership Excellence and Emotional Intelligence.
Peter is Human Resource Professional registered with the Human Resource Managers’ Association of Uganda (HRMAU). He is also a member of the Institute of Human Resource Management Kenya (IHRM) and a member of the Institute of Corporate Governance of Uganda under registration number; ICGU/ 697/ 2016. Peter has vast experience in Human Resource management and Board Experience in different sectors: from the manufacturing sector, construction, services and to the education sector. Peter is Honorary Research Fellow with Lal Innovation and professional Service Research and member of Network for Education and Multidisciplinary Research Africa ( NEMRA).
Peter holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA, Management) from Uganda Martyrs University, Nkonzi. In addition, he has a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Uganda Management Institute, Kampala. Peter has also acquired a training certificate in Employees Assistance Program (EAP Program), Certificate in Corporate Governance for Senior Managers and Directors, certified Professional Coach, Certified Sustanability Coach, Certified Psychometric Assessment Specialist (CPAS) course and certified Key performance indicator specialist (CKPIS), Certified Human Resource Business Partner (CHRBP) and Certified learning and Development professional ( CLDP) Course from The Global Skills Development Council (GSDC) and certified Trainers professional (CTP) from Cambridge Academy of professionals.
