Arthur is a consultant with 3 years’ experiences majorly focusing on project management and execution. Having started my career as a graduate trainee consultant, he has gained tremendous experience in business reviews, human capital management, due diligence, board performance assessments among others in both the private and public sectors. Arthur holds a bachelor of Arts from Makerere University
He has strong skills and expertise in a wide range of areas including; Human Resource policy development, Competence profiling, Recruitment, Organization development and restructuring, Training and Development and Board Governance.
He has been involved in numerous human resource assignment. As a consultant, he participates in Board Performance Assessments, Human resource structuring, and alignment as well as human capital management strategies. he has also been part of teams in different projects which carry out training in soft skills such as; Board Performance Evaluation/Assessment, Board Induction, Recruitment of staff (directors, managers, senior officers and officer positions) Technical Reviews and Pre-employment Vetting Skills.
