Naome is A Human Resource Director at ABS Consulting Group and a member of the Human Resource Manager’s Association of Uganda. She holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree from Makerere University, a post graduate diploma in Human Resources management from Uganda Management Institute.
Her role and responsibility have been to support businesses with capacity building through identifying and managing talent, training, succession management. She has played a significant role in supporting management understand the strategic aspect of HR and how it contributes to the organization’s success.
Naome has been involved in carrying out Human Resource assignments such as recruitment, selection and interviewing, job evaluation, training, organizational development, organizational strategy, talent management, retrenchment and development of HR policies.
She is passionate about helping individuals realize their true potential through training, understanding their roles in the business outcomes and support through her counselling skills.
