Organizational Development (June 2020)

In June 2020, ABS Consulting was engaged by UICT to conduct a comprehensive assessment focused on Organizational Development, including Organizational Restructuring, Job Evaluation, and Job Grading. This project aimed to enhance the institute’s operational efficiency by redefining its organizational structure, evaluating existing job roles, and establishing a fair and competitive grading system for positions within the institute. The goal was to align UICT’s human resource framework with its strategic objectives, ultimately leading to improved performance and service delivery.
