ABS Consulting was engaged to provide recruitment services for staff positions at the Uganda Free Zones Authority. This initiative aimed to enhance the workforce and operational efficiency within the organization.

Recruitment for Key Positions (March 2022)

ABS Consulting was contracted to conduct a recruitment exercise to fill critical positions, including the Director of Finance & Administration and the Senior Planning Officer. This project focused on attracting qualified candidates to support UFZA’s strategic objectives.

Board Training (June 2022)

ABS Consulting facilitated a comprehensive three-day Board Training session at Chobe Safari Lodge. This training was designed to enhance the governance capabilities of the Board members, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively oversee the authority’s operations and strategic direction.
