SOS Children’s Villages – Uganda

In November 2021, ABS Consulting was engaged to develop a five-year strategic plan for SOS Children’s Villages – Uganda, covering the fiscal years 2022 to 2026. This initiative aimed to define the organization’s goals, strategies, and initiatives to enhance their impact on the children and communities they serve. The development process included stakeholder engagement, assessment of current programs, and establishing measurable objectives to guide the organization’s future direction.
