In May 2018, ABS Consulting was engaged to assist in the development of a five-year strategic plan for the bank covering the period from 2019 to 2023. This strategic plan aimed to align the bank’s operations with its long-term objectives and emerging market trends. Subsequently, in January 2022, ABS Consulting was contracted again to consolidate and develop the adoption of the Integrated Reporting format for the year ended December 2021, enhancing the bank’s reporting standards and transparency.
