Board Training (February 2021)
ABS Consulting conducted a three-day residential training program for the NITA-U Board of Directors from February 10 to February 12, 2021. This training focused on enhancing the board members’ knowledge and skills related to governance, strategic oversight, and their roles and responsibilities in guiding the organization effectively. The sessions aimed to equip the directors with the necessary tools and insights to navigate the evolving landscape of information technology governance.
