In 2015, ABS Consulting Group was contracted to review the human resource management policies and procedures for the Expanding Social Protection Programme. This included developing a Remuneration Administration Plan for the Social Transfer Programme Unit.

Our team assisted in recruiting staff to fill eight vacant positions and conducted an individual assessment of the Head Programme Management Unit in 2016. Additionally, we supported the Ministry in a large-scale recruitment exercise, successfully filling over 30 positions to enhance the Programme’s operational capacity.
