In October 2021, ABS Consulting was engaged by Mercy Corps to conduct Internal Risk Management Group (IRMG) Follow-Up Training. This training focused on enhancing the capacity of the organization’s staff to effectively identify, assess, and manage risks associated with their operations. The session included practical exercises and discussions aimed at reinforcing the knowledge gained in previous training sessions, ensuring that staff could implement best practices in risk management effectively within their programs.
