Five-Year Strategic Plan Development (2021)
In 2021, MJAP engaged ABS Consulting to develop a comprehensive five-year strategic plan for the programme covering the fiscal years 2022 to 2026. This plan was aimed at aligning MJAP’s goals with emerging issues in HIV/AIDS response and ensuring effective program delivery over the specified period. The strategic plan development involved stakeholder consultations, assessment of current initiatives, and setting clear objectives to enhance program impact.
