ABS Consulting Group assisted the Lake Victoria Fisheries Organization (LVFO) in developing a comprehensive five-year Strategic Plan for the period of 2016-2020. This initiative was designed to address emerging issues and reflect the expanded mandate of the organization.

The plan not only outlines actionable goals and priorities but also establishes a roadmap for collaboration among member states to effectively tackle the challenges facing fisheries in the region.
