Review and Development of Strategic Plans

ABS Consulting was engaged to review HESFB’s Strategic Plan for FY 2017/18-2019/20 and subsequently prepare a comprehensive five-year Strategic Plan for FY 2020/2021-2024/2025. This involved assessing the previous plan’s effectiveness and aligning future objectives with the board’s mission.

Skills Gap Analysis and Training Plan (June 2022)

In June 2022, HESFB contracted ABS Consulting Group to conduct a Skills Gap Analysis and Training Plan for its Board. This analysis aimed to identify the skills needed for effective governance and performance and to create a targeted training plan to address those gaps.

Risk Management Training (2024)

In 2024, HESFB further contracted ABS Consulting Group to provide training on risk management for its staff. This training was designed to enhance the staff’s understanding of risk assessment and management practices, equipping them with the necessary skills to navigate potential challenges effectively.
