Electricity Regulatory Authority (ERA)

In the years 2017/2018, the Electricity Regulatory Authority developed a 10-year strategic plan covering the period from 2014 to 2024. To effectively achieve its vision, mission, and strategic objectives, the Authority recognized the necessity for an adequate human resource capacity in terms of both numbers and skills, as mandated by the Electricity Act of 1999.

In light of this need, ABS Consulting was engaged to assist in enhancing their human resource capabilities. Subsequently, in March 2021, ABS Consulting was contracted to conduct an employee satisfaction and engagement survey, aiming to gather insights on employee morale and engagement levels within the organization.
